Auto Electric Attic Stairs

Our Auto Electric model is fully electric and automatic. Both the door and ladder open down automatically by pressing one button on the supplied remote.

It is powered by a high quality FAAC motor. This ladder is of the highest design and build quality. The door is heat and sound insulated. The ladder features telescopic handrails on both sides, carpeted step covers, and a choice between a powder coated white or grey finish. Two grab handles at the top also extend about 500 millimetres into the attic, for something to hold while stepping onto the ladder from above. One remote is included as standard. There is a safety mechanism on the motor which can be released to open the door in the event of a power cut. Please watch the video of this ladder in operation, you will not be disappointed!

This ladder, like the Ultra High, Vertical and Mezzanine, is one of our "Custom" range, all of these units are manufactured to order for each customer, because of this the lead time is 5 to 7 weeks and we must receive a deposit of 50% on placing of an order. The order will not officially be placed until the deposit is received.
