Door & Floors Showroom Manager Part Time

Murphy Larkin Timber products, Ireland's leading name in supplying of doors, floors, stairs. We are currently seeking to fill a part Time sales manager position at our branches in Tramore and Clonmel. This position may lead to a full time position.


Duties & responsibilities:

This is a senior role requiring a high degree of working on your own initiative.

  • Achieve a strong volume of sales and retain a target margin
  • Have the ability to plan and control onsite fitting
  • Maximise sales & profitability through customer satisfaction and retention
  • Develop a large customer base
  • Develop and maintain full product knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features of major competitors

The Required Candidate should:

  • Be customer focused
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be enthusiastic, hard working and committed to succeeding in a sales role
  • Be organised with an ability to record information accurately and in a timely manner
  • Have a proven ability to hit & exceed monthly sales targets
  • Have a professional, courteous manner and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • A background in maintaining existing customer relationships and developing new contacts is essential
  • Retail background in DIY essential, pc literate.

Experience:
A minimum 2 years experience is essential.


Reporting to:
Sales Director


Hours:
Part time hours to be discussed 3 days per week.
9:30- 5:30 week days.
10:00am- 1pm Saturday


Salary:
Negotiable - A competitive remuneration package is on offer including basic salary. The package will reflect candidates experience and suitability for the role.

Marketing Positions

Are you looking to take the next step in developing your marketing career?
Are you passionate about the creation of customer demand and lead generation? Are you a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources? Have you proven experience in inbound marketing, developing prospect lists, discovery, individual research and content creation. Do you have a dynamic focused personality with experience of creating demand for a SAAS sales team! If so we would like to talk to you.


REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for an amazing, data-driven marketing campaign specialist to help acquire new inbound leads. You will be responsible for attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to become potential customers. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, technical skills and project management. Candidates must have exceptional spoken and written English and a comprehensive understanding of content marketing is used to achieve business goals.


Are you self-motivated and versatile with the ability to create marketing campaigns and then measure results? Do you also have a love for writing copy that influences customer decisions?

If so we are looking for someone with:

  • A third level qualification in Marketing, preferably at Masters level or at least 3 years equivalent working experience in SaaS;
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant marketing experience;
  • Experience with demand generation, inbound marketing, email marketing (MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, etc.), lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics;
  • Proficiency in marketing automation software (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.), blogging and social media management tools (HootSuite, SproutSocial, Radian6, etc.) in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them into converted customers;
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords;
  • Experience using a CRM software;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Experience in content production related to inbound marketing; including blogs, guides, podcasts and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, SlideShare, etc.);
  • Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data;
  • Excellent communicator, creative thinker, and an excellent writer with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions;
  • It would be helpful if you had experience of running webinars and played a part in producing and sharing event related content;
  • Bonus skills/experience: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, KISSmetrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content;
  • Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content;
  • Optimize the marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels;
  • Manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant;
  • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about the company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences;
  • Create new landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs;
  • Set up paid campaigns, optimizing the quality score and cost-per-acquisition;
  • Grow our subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content that's aligned with their needs and interests;
  • Create free resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, etc.)
  • Writing various types of articles on a wide range of topics for our blog to attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers;
